Aim of Formation
The formators in the formation house
are focused on helping the young girls to discern their vocation to Religious
Life in the institute of the Sisters of Mary. They help them to deepen their
faith and spirituality and challenge them to appreciate that as Sisters of
Mary, we are called to dedicate ourselves to loving and serving God and His people
through different apostolic activities. The novices are helped to understand
and reflect on our Charism, Spirit and values so that they are able to discern
and make an informed decision in their vocation.
Our Charism - To share in the Redemptive Mission of Jesus Christ the
Great Teacher and Healer.
Our Spirit - The Spirit of the Sisters of Mary is Persevering Love and Service in emulation of the example of the Blessed Virgin Mary, our Mother.
